CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of consumable products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received an incorrect product

Return Conditions

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and unopened
• Original packaging must be intact

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased during sale or discount (optional – keep/remove as needed)
